You will be working as the Deputy Manager - Quality Assurance (QA) at Eco Paryavaran Laboratory. Your main responsibility will be to support and enhance the quality management processes within the Environmental Laboratory. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 5-6 years of experience in this field. Your key duties will include assisting the Quality Manager in implementing and maintaining the laboratory's Quality Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards. You will also be involved in supporting NABL accreditation processes, ensuring laboratory safety, data integrity, and adherence to good laboratory practices (GLP). Furthermore, you will be responsible for overseeing calibration schedules for all laboratory equipment, preparing and periodically reviewing SOPs, STPs, and laboratory methods, as well as planning and executing internal audits, management reviews, and PT/ILC programs. Additionally, you will maintain and control quality and technical records generated in the laboratory and perform any other tasks assigned by the management as needed. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the work location is in person.
