Job Description Job Title: IELTS Trainer and Content Developer Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IELTS Trainer with a proven track record who can effectively engage learners, train them to achieve their target scores and contribute to the development of high-quality IELTS preparation materials for our website. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IELTS exam format, and a creative approach to teaching and content creation. Key Responsibilities: Training and Coaching: Conduct interactive and engaging IELTS training sessions for individuals and groups. Assess learners' language proficiency levels and create personalized study plans to address their weaknesses. Deliver training for all IELTS sections (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) with proven strategies and techniques. Conduct mock tests, provide detailed feedback, and guide students in improving their scores. Monitor learners' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Content Development: Create high-quality, website-based IELTS preparation materials, including mock tests, prep material, and instructional content. Ensure all content aligns with the latest IELTS exam format and standards. Publish the created content through Shiksha's CMS. Open to exploring, learning, and implementing SEO and content creation strategies while developing the prep material. Student Engagement: Build a positive learning environment to motivate and inspire students. Provide continuous guidance and mentorship to learners throughout their preparation journey. Address student queries promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless learning experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). IELTS Certification with a band score of 8.0 or above (preferred). TEFL/TESOL Certification CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) by Cambridge DELTA (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) by Cambridge Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer with a track record of helping students achieve desired scores. Excellent command of English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital content creation tools. Creative writing skills to produce engaging and accurate IELTS preparation materials. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Additional Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint Basic knowledge of website publishing and SEO would be beneficial.
