The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting skills and a thorough understanding of Indian financial regulations, particularly in the areas of payroll, PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), PT (Professional Tax), and GST (Goods and Services Tax). Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role, preferably in an Indian context. Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and laws, particularly in payroll, PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and GST is preferable. Proficiency in Tally and MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
