Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end payroll processing for India operations (monthly payroll, full and final settlements, bonuses, incentives, etc.). Ensure compliance with Indian statutory laws: Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Income Tax (TDS), and other applicable acts.
