Job Title: Psychotherapist Location: [Salem, Tamil Nadu] Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Age Requirement: 30 years and above Salary: [15000] About Us: We are a dedicated mental wellness center committed to transforming lives through conscious, compassionate, and evidence-based therapy. Our team of professionals supports individuals in overcoming emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges using structured therapeutic approaches. Job Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions for clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Assess client needs through psychological assessments, interviews, and clinical observation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using CBT, mindfulness, acceptance-based therapies, or other evidence-based models. Maintain accurate client records, treatment plans, and session notes. Collaborate with other therapists and mental health professionals for case discussions and peer reviews. Support clients in crisis and ensure ethical, confidential, and empathetic care. Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing professional development.
