The role of a Patient Care Specialist at Marbles Health in Delhi NCR involves delivering EASE therapy sessions directly to patients" homes. Marbles Health is dedicated to transforming mental health care by utilizing India's first CDSCO-approved brain stimulation device for treating conditions such as depression, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and addiction. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will act as the clinical liaison between psychiatrists and patients, ensuring the safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of therapy sessions. Your responsibilities will include administering EASE brain stimulation therapy, guiding patients through cognitive emotional training exercises, educating families on therapy goals, documenting session data, monitoring for side effects, maintaining hygiene standards, providing emotional support, and reporting to the Patient Care Manager. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in nursing, paramedical sciences, psychology, or related fields. Preferred candidates include psychiatric nurses, registered nurses, paramedical professionals, psychologists, therapy assistants, and lab technicians with patient-facing experience. Additionally, candidates should possess a valid driver's license, be proficient in Hindi and basic English, exhibit a warm and empathetic demeanor, and have strong interpersonal skills.
