As a Psychologist you will observe, assist, and engage in the counselling process, enhancing your practical skills and understanding of psychological service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shadow and assist licensed counsellors/therapists in individual and group sessions
• Provide emotional support to clients under supervision
• Conduct intake interviews, preliminary assessments, and follow-up sessions
• Document session notes, maintain client records, and adhere to confidentiality protocols
• Assist in planning and executing mental health awareness campaigns, workshops, and group discussion
• Perform research, content development, and resource curation for therapy modules
• Participate in supervision meetings, trainings, and feedback sessions

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s in Psychology (Counselling / Clinical preferred)
• Strong understanding of counselling theories, techniques, and ethics
• Excellent listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• 1+ year of experience (required)
