As a Psychologist (Evaluation & Assessment) at New Horizons Child Development Centre, your primary responsibility will be to conduct psychological evaluations and assessments of individuals across various age groups. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, etc.) and have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in conducting psychological evaluations and assessments. Proficiency in administering and interpreting standardized psychological tests is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Experience working with diverse populations would be considered a plus. Desired skills for this role include knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques, experience with diagnostic assessments for various psychological conditions, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
