Psychological Counselor

You will be responsible for providing psychological counseling to IVF patients before, during, and after treatment, as well as to egg donors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Counseling IVF patients throughout their treatment journey, regardless of the outcome - Conducting psychological screenings of egg donors - Documenting counseling sessions in SIVIS - Conducting follow-up calls with patients who have experienced failed IVF cycles to provide emotional support and guidance - Organizing group therapeutic sessions for patients experiencing negative outcomes - Participating in monthly clinical meetings and presenting your work - Ensuring patients receive necessary support and information through phone calls if they are unable to meet in person - Evaluating and achieving set goals effectively - Maintaining a customer-focused approach and responding to inquiries using standard guidelines - Supporting management with special projects and providing backup to the counseling department when needed - Helping patients address infertility-related mindsets and treatment challenges Qualifications required for this role include: - M.Sc. in Psychology, M.A. in Psychology, or PG Diploma in Psychology Please note the following details about the job: - Experience required: 1 to 2 years in a relevant field (Females Only) - Vacancy: 1 - Location: Vijayawada - Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - Work Location: In person - Application Deadline: 17/07/2025 In addition to the job description, the company offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Provident Fund Please let me know if you need any further information.,
