As an Executive Human Resource with 3 to 5 years of experience in core HR functions, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities and HR operations. Your role will primarily involve 80% recruitment tasks and 20% HR operational duties. In the recruitment domain, you will be expected to independently source candidates from junior to senior levels across various departments. Your responsibilities include closing positions within specified timelines, reviewing resumes and applications online, conducting phone interviews, and ensuring the availability of required manpower as per business needs. On the HR operations front, you will be handling tasks such as completing joining formalities, preparing job descriptions (JDs) and key result areas (KRAs), creating induction modules for new joiners, and actively engaging with the ERP system. Employee engagement will be a key aspect of this role, where you will conduct focus groups, collaborate with vendors and HR partners to design effective engagement surveys, manage training and development staff, and develop an Employee Engagement Manual to enhance overall employee experience. Additionally, you will be involved in multitasking HR activities, overseeing administrative functions, and supporting the HR Head in strategic organizational growth initiatives. Excellent communication skills, recruitment techniques, HR-related certifications, generalist activities proficiency, knowledge of labor laws, and a focus on employee engagement are essential requirements for this role. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), along with excellent analytical, psycho-analytical, and presentation skills, a high level of interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of human resources and industrial relations concepts are expected from the ideal candidate for this position.,
