Providing high-quality patient care and treatment.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Conducting research and staying updated on the latest developments in psychiatry.
Teaching and mentoring students and junior staff members.
Participating in hospital meetings and contributing to policy development.

Job Requirements

MD or DNB in Psychiatrist.
At least 2 years of experience in managing Psychiatric disorders and IP patients.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Be familiar with hospital policies and procedures.
Language required: Tamil speaking doctors preferred.
Duty time: 9AM to 5PM.
Type of duty: OP/IP.
Accommodation provided.
Salary details: Negotiable.
Leave: One weekly off.
Joining formalities: Immediate joining after a meeting with the management.
