Clinical Medical Doctor Neuro Rehabilitation Centre Location : Kasavanahalli, Bangalore About the Role We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Medical Doctor (MBBS) to provide clinical oversight for patients undergoing post-hospitalization rehabilitation. You will be responsible for daily medical management, clinical decision-making, and multidisciplinary coordination for patients recovering from neurological conditions. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial medical evaluations and routine clinical rounds Manage medications, oxygen therapy, and medical interventions such as tracheostomy care, NG/PEG feeding etc. Assess and monitor vitals, complications, progress, and rehabilitation readiness Handle medical emergencies and escalate cases when required Collaborate closely with Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, Psychology and Rehab teams Maintain accurate case notes, prescriptions, and documentation as per regulatory and clinical standards Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations Requirements MBBS degree ( mandatory ) Valid Karnataka Medical Council (KMC) registration Experience working in ICU, General Medicine, Neurology, or post-acute care preferred Strong clinical judgement and emergency handling skills Excellent communication, empathy, and team collaboration abilities Work Schedule 8-10 hours per day On-call duties as required Compensation Competitive salary based on experience + on-call incentives
