Psychiatric Social Worker -MPhil (MALE Preferred)

Mindful Rejuvenation is a multidisciplinary psychiatric and de-addiction centre committed to providing evidence-based mental health care. Our Angamaly branch, located at Alphonsa Hospital, Karukutty, offers 24x7 in-patient and outpatient services for individuals seeking holistic support and recovery.

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Psychiatric Social Worker (M.Phil) to join our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments of patients and families
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff
• Maintain case records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
• Facilitate group sessions, family therapy, and discharge planning
• Engage in mental health awareness and de-addiction outreach programs

Qualifications:

• M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work (recognized by RCI or UGC)
• Strong clinical knowledge and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Malayalam and English
• Experience in psychiatric or de-addiction settings is preferred
• Freshers with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply
