Job Title: Sales and Administration Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and a client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify prospective clients through various channels (calls, walk-ins, referrals, portals). Conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate property options. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitors. Prepare and manage necessary documentation such as agreements, sale deeds, and legal formalities. Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly with prospects and clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and lead generation campaigns. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven track record in real estate or property sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and documentation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office. Knowledge of online property portals and digital marketing is a plus. Work Schedule: Full-time | Field-based + Office-based Weekend availability may be required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
