Key Responsibilities: Dealership Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with dealership point managers across Karnataka. Drive marketing initiatives and finance tie-ups to increase vehicle loan penetration. Broker Network Development: Identify and connect with local brokers dealing in old commercial and heavy-duty vehicles. Maintain regular contact and foster long-term relationships to generate business leads. Sales Execution: Achieve monthly sales targets for commercial and heavy-duty vehicle loans. Educate dealers and brokers about PSN Finances offerings, terms, and benefits. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with competitor offerings and market trends. Provide regular feedback to the internal team to refine strategies. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of field sales experience in the commercial vehicle or heavy-duty equipment finance sector. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kannada (mandatory). Working knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage. Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities. Good negotiation and communication skills.
