Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Vendor Onboarding:

Deliver & Closure on VOB Timelines
Prioritize negotiations of HIHR/MIMR/LILR parts
Drive Supplier Panel Onboarding
Debottleneck Negotiation issues on long lead items
Convene Accessories & Spares negotiation forum & integrate with VOB
Initiate crunching VOB timelines based on project deliverables & milestones
Forum Approval if within SBC & against settled amount Supplier Management:
Tapping Supplier network to Drive Technology solutions roadmap with CoEs during conceptualization phase
Drive Capacity Planning at supplier end through Commodity Buyers
Budgeting for Capex & Revenue (tooling)
Spare Part Pricing & Availability
YOY reduction monitoring
Support & Drive cost reduction initiatives related to platform Trade-off / Deviations
Suggest for “Delta” deviation on SBC based on project deliverables
