Job Overview PSK Infracontract is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage and grow all our digital assets , including social media, website, SEO, online ads, and lead-generation campaigns. If you are creative, data-driven, and passionate about digital marketing in the renewable energy / solar industry , this role is ideal for you. Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management Handle company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc. Create engaging posts, reels, stories, ad creatives & video content. Plan monthly content calendars and execute branding activities. 2. Paid Ads & Lead Generation Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads . Run targeted campaigns for solar rooftop, EPC, industrial solar, and O&M services. Optimize ad conversions and reduce cost per lead. 3. Website & SEO Management Update and manage the company website regularly. Work on on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO & keyword ranking. Improve website performance, speed, and conversions. 4. Analytics & Reporting Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, CRM tools, etc. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Suggest data-backed improvements for better ROI. 5. Content & Branding Write blogs, case studies, project updates, captions, and ad copies. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing executives. Required Skills & Qualifications Any degree; certification in digital marketing is an advantage. 2–5 years experience in digital marketing (solar or energy sector preferred). Strong knowledge in: Meta Ads Manager Google Ads SEO & Content Strategy Canva / Photoshop / Creative tools Social media growth strategies Ability to manage end-to-end digital marketing without supervision. Good communication and analytical skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
