PSI Planning & Scheduling

As a candidate for the position at hand, you are expected to have a strong background in Computer Science, Electronics, Operational Research, Production Planning, and Software Engineering. With a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Advanced Planning & Scheduling, you should be adept at managing a team and possess above-average abstraction and analytical skills. Your role will involve executing and designing projects and implementations for customers, along with experience in implementing optimizers. Furthermore, familiarity with Agile projects, particularly methodologies like Scrum and frameworks such as SAFe, will be crucial. Your exposure to the field of workforce management and APS software is a prerequisite, while experience with PSI Metals software is considered a bonus. A customer-oriented mindset, coupled with a result-oriented and proactive attitude, will be essential for success in this role. In addition to the technical requirements, soft skills play a vital role in this position. Being a team player with a positive attitude is highly valued. Effective oral and written communication skills in English will also be advantageous.
