Responsibilities Utilise HTML, CSS, and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive. and engaging email experiences. Develop and modify email templates and improve existing campaigns. Contribute to the ongoing modernization and evolution of the brand's email communications. Apply industry best practices for email development, compliance regulations, and accessibility standards. Set up, test, and launch complex email campaigns incorporating dynamic content. Execute campaigns with a focus on customer segmentation, testing protocols, and technical excellence. Perform thorough QA to ensure quality and consistency. Ensure consistent rendering across all browsers and devices. Troubleshoot HTML, CSS and other performance-related issues. Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and enhance efficiency in workflows. Edit and adapt PSD files for email layouts and content changes. Create banner images and visual assets optimised for email campaigns. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Relevant work experience in email development. Advanced knowledge and expertise in HTML, and CSS. Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development. Solid understanding of email compliance regulations. Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation technologies. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for editing PSD files and creating assets. Working knowledge of Figma for interpreting design specs and collaborating with design teams.
