Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients on SAP PS (Procurement to Pay) module, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication. Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions using SAP PS functionality. Troubleshoot complex procurement processes, including PO creation, vendor management, and contracting. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in SAP PS consulting or similar role. Bachelor's degree in BCA or equivalent; MBA/PGDBM preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of FICO, FI, PS modules within SAP ERP system. Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex business problems.
