PRT (Primary Teacher) Job Details-

1. Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in education or relevant subjects).

Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with specialization in primary education.

2. Certification:

Must clear the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or equivalent state-level TET.

3. Age Limit:

Generally, 21 to 40 years

Responsibilities

1. Teaching:

Delivering lessons in Social Studies at the primary level.

Using creative teaching methods to engage young learners.

2. Curriculum Implementation:

Planning and preparing lesson plans as per the prescribed curriculum.

Assessing and recording the progress of students.

3. Student Engagement:

Encouraging students’ participation in extracurricular activities.

Identifying and addressing the developmental needs of students.

4. Classroom Management:

Maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe learning environment.

Providing individual attention to students as required.

5. Parent Communication:

Conducting parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and concerns.

Skills Required

1. Strong communication skills.

2. Patience and understanding of child psychology.

3. Creativity and adaptability.

4. Basic computer skills for digital teaching tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
