Position Details

• Role: PRT – Social Science Teacher
• Location: Daffodils World School, Sikar, Rajasthan

Responsibilities

• Teach Social Science subjects as per the prescribed curriculum for primary classes.
• Develop lesson plans and interactive classroom activities to make learning engaging and effective.
• Use storytelling, discussions, and projects to build interest and understanding in History, Civics, and Geography.
• Assess students regularly and provide constructive feedback to support academic progress.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues for planning school events, assemblies, and thematic projects.
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on student performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject or in Education.
• B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of child psychology and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Prior experience in a reputed school preferred.
• Dedication, patience, and a genuine interest in teaching young learners.
