PRT Maths

The PRT Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students from Grades to 5. The ideal candidate should be able to make math concepts engaging, relevant, and accessible to young learners, fostering critical thinking and a love for numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver daily Mathematics lessons in alignment with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
• Use creative, age-appropriate teaching techniques to explain mathematical concepts such as numbers, operations, geometry, measurements, and data handling.
• Develop and use a range of teaching materials and resources, including hands-on manipulatives, digital tools, and visual aids.
• Create lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments tailored to different learning levels and styles.
• Monitor, assess, and record each student’s progress, and provide timely feedback.
• Encourage students to think logically and solve problems independently.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and discipline.
• Communicate with parents about student progress, performance, and any concerns.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, school events, and continuous professional development.
• Integrate technology effectively in teaching and assessment.
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in Mathematics or a related subject.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) with specialization in Primary or Elementary Education.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a similar role (preferably in a CBSE/ICSE school).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
