Job Title: PRT Math Teacher (Female)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Qualification: B.Ed. with a graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Female PRT Math Teacher to join our primary school faculty in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching Mathematics to Classes 1 to 5, using engaging and student-friendly methods to build strong foundational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to primary classes (Grades 1–5) following the school’s academic curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, worksheets, and activities that cater to different learning styles.
• Use teaching aids, games, visual materials, and real-life examples to make math learning interactive and meaningful.
• Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments.
• Maintain a well-disciplined and encouraging classroom environment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate student performance records and progress reports.
• Communicate with parents about academic and behavioral progress during PTMs and other meetings.
• Participate in school functions, staff meetings, and teacher training programs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Science + B.Ed. (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the primary level.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Marathi/Hindi is an advantage.
• Patient, organized, and passionate about teaching young learners.
• Ability to simplify mathematical concepts and make learning enjoyable.
