Job Title: PRT Coordinator Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune Qualification: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) Salary Range: 45000 to 55000 per month Experience: 4 to 5 years (in teaching and academic coordination) Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated PRT (Primary Teacher) Coordinator to oversee the academic planning, classroom execution, and teacher support for the primary section at our school in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in primary education, and the ability to manage a team of teachers effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support primary teachers in curriculum planning and execution Monitor teaching quality and student progress across primary grades Coordinate with academic heads to ensure syllabus coverage and learning outcomes Organize training sessions, workshops, and continuous professional development for staff Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers Assist with parent communication, meetings, and addressing academic concerns Manage the academic calendar, events, and assessments for the primary section Ensure adherence to school policies and educational standards Requirements: B.Ed degree from a recognized institution Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in primary teaching and/or academic coordination Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school leadership Passion for education and child development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Application Question(s): Require Female Candidate Work Location: In person
