PRT Computer Science

As a Primary Teacher (PRT) for Computer Science, your role involves educating and inspiring young learners with a strong understanding of basic computer concepts, programming, and digital literacy. Key Responsibilities: - Teach Computer Science to primary school students following the CBSE Curriculum. - Develop engaging lesson plans and hands-on activities to ensure interactive learning. - Introduce students to basic programming, MS Office tools, internet safety, and digital literacy. - Foster creativity and logical thinking through coding exercises and projects. - Conduct assessments and monitor students" progress effectively. - Integrate technology into various subjects to enhance the learning experience. - Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom. - Stay updated with the latest educational technologies and teaching methodologies. - Actively participate in school events, workshops, and training programs. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Education: B.Ed. (preferred) with a degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA / MCA or equivalent. - Experience: 1-3 years of teaching experience in a school (Freshers with strong skills may apply). - Proficient in basic coding (Scratch, Python for kids, etc.) and educational technology tools. - Strong communication skills and effective classroom management abilities. - Passion for teaching young children and ensuring a fun learning environment. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of AI-based learning tools and gamified teaching methods. - Experience with smart classrooms and interactive whiteboards. - Ability to create educational content using digital tools.
