As a part of the Technical Research & Development (TRD) organization, the Prototypes Team Leader is responsible for managing the the prototypes building process from technical, economical and logistics point of view, ensuring the Delivery and Quality objectives are met. He/She is a part of the System & Component Validation COE under the System Component & Vehicle Test Area reporting to the corresponding Manager. For the projects, he/she has been assigned the responsibility to support, mainly the Design Phase (PTA/PTB) of the products along with giving the feedbacks to the relevant stakeholders during Prototypes assembly phase or the production during the launches (PTC/MPT/PRS), or when involved in Design Review (DR) Meetings. This scope also includes providing technical guidance based on his/her experience to the Prototypes Engineer as a part of delivering the commitments to the internal/external customers. Main activities/responsibilities: To create and maintain the prototypes production plan according to the internal and external customer needs in collaboration with the Product Engineer . To support Product development providing feedbacks about first prototypes assembly batches. Sharing the solutions to the problems found during the prototype construction phase (PTA/PTB) with the Plants during product development (MPT/{RS) until the start of the mass production (SOP). To perform the inventory check for the available prototypes within the R&D team. To monitor the engagement of the Prototype Team resources as per the allocation plan. To manage the components procurement ensuring their availability on time for the Prototype building. To support prototypes quality for the certification of prototype parts as required by the customers. To support the prototypes measurement checklist and certification requested before the delivery. To support the Product Engineering Team in meeting the delivery deadlines of the prototypes to the customer. To support plant for PCBA making in case of the unavailability of the 100% production from the line. To support production plants in the pre-series activities. To manage the rework activities according to the R&D requests. To manage the prototypes shipments according to external and internal customers’ requirements. To ensure the prototypes confidentiality & integrity while prototype transfers. To report the status, issues and progress of the Prototypes development to the Product Engineer / System Delivery Manager, deploying and maintaining project-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). As a Data Engineer (Snowflake and Python) Vice President in the Technology department, you will need to have 8-12 years of experience in designing and building highly resilient data platforms. Your strong knowledge of data engineering, architecture, and data modeling will be crucial for this role. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have experience working with platforms like Snowflake, DBT, and Apache AirFlow. Experience in building applications on the cloud, specifically Azure, is required. Proficiency in programming skills such as Python, and optionally Java or Scala, along with a willingness to learn other languages is essential. Prior experience in working with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, PRs, JIRA, and following the Scrum Agile methodology will be advantageous. You will also be responsible for identifying petrophysical facies, raising purchase requisitions, verifying invoices, evaluating casing and cement bond logs, ensuring log data compliance, quality control of vendor deliverables, and supporting log data acquisition and processing within budget. To excel in this role, you should possess detailed knowledge of the principles and applications of different logs. The ideal candidate must hold a Master's degree in Geophysics or Geology from a recognized university and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Exploration and Production (E&P) industry. Strong technical skills in integrated formation evaluation and petrophysical interpretation are essential for this position. Additionally, you will handle log data analysis software and select side wall core, formation tester pretest, and sample depths. You will process and analyze advanced logs such as Sonic Waveform, Image, and NMR, and conduct petrophysical evaluation to provide average reservoir parameters for geological model building and resource estimation. Petrophysical facies identification will be performed by integrating log data, image data, and core (RCA and SCAL) data for static geological models and Integrated subsurface description (ISD). Furthermore, you will evaluate casing and cement bond logs, raise purchase requisitions, verify invoices, and ensure compliance with log data standards. Quality control of vendor deliverables and supporting and delivering log data acquisition and processing within budget are essential aspects of this role. The ideal candidate must possess a Master's degree in Geophysics or Geology from a recognized university and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Exploration and Production (E&P). Strong technical abilities in integrated formation evaluation and petrophysical interpretation are essential for success in this role. Detailed knowledge of the principles and applications of different logs is also required.
