Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with

    business analysts

    stakeholders

    , and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into

    PEGA-based solutions

    .
  • Design and develop

    PEGA applications

    using the

    PEGA PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander)

    platform.
  • Customize and configure PEGA applications to meet

    specific business needs

  • Implement

    PEGA best practices

    and design patterns to ensure

    quality

    ,

    scalable

    , and

    maintainable

    solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the

    software development lifecycle

    , including

    requirements gathering

    ,

    design

    ,

    development

    ,

    testing

    ,

    deployment

    , and

    support

    .
  • Perform

    unit testing

    and

    debugging

    of PEGA applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other developers and technical teams to

    integrate PEGA applications

    with other systems and technologies.
  • Provide

    technical guidance

    and

    mentor team members

    as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Computer Science

    ,

    Information Technology

    , or a related field.
  • Strong experience in software development with at least

    3 years of hands-on PEGA PRPC development

    .
  • Proficiency in

    PEGA PRPC tools

    , including:
  • PEGA Designer Studio
  • PEGA Express
  • PEGA Case Designer
  • PEGA Data Designer
  • PEGA App Studio
  • Solid understanding of

    PEGA application architecture

    ,

    frameworks

    , and

    design principles

    .
  • Experience designing and implementing PEGA solutions using

    PEGA PRPC version 7.x or higher

    .
  • Strong

    problem-solving

    and

    analytical skills

    , with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Excellent

    communication

    and

    interpersonal skills

    to effectively collaborate with

    cross-functional teams

    .
  • Experience working in a

    global delivery model

    and flexibility to

    overlap with US hours

    as needed.
  • Ability to work

    independently

    with minimal supervision and manage

    multiple tasks

    in a fast-paced environment.
