The primary purpose of the role is to provide support for HR systems/product implementation and training. This includes offering administrative and technical assistance with the HR systems application. You will serve as the main point of first-level support for both regional and corporate HR teams. Your responsibilities will involve data upload, formatting, clean up, end-user training, coordination with IT teams, vendors, and SAP consultants. Key responsibilities include: - Participation in the implementation of the HR application - Configuration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors EC module - Conducting user training and preparing training manuals - Creating test scripts and testing the system - Collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and SAP consultants - Managing user matrix and role-based permissions for MYSPACE and integrated systems - Providing data, reports, and MIS for reporting requirements - Ensuring judicious use of natural resources - Adhering to the organization's environmental health and safety policy and guidelines Your indicative key result areas (KRAs) and responsibilities will include: - Supporting the digitization of HR processes - Ensuring data completion - Providing timely support and issue resolution - Offering administrative and technical support - Delivering effective training to users - Managing user access control and monitoring Qualifications and experience required: - Education: Minimum of a Graduate or its global equivalent in HR/Science discipline - Additional: Masters or its global equivalent in the HR field - Experience: 3-5 years of experience using relevant HRIS/applications, with a minimum of 2 years in SAP SuccessFactors EC Module - Knowledge and key skills: - Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Configuration on SF and EC Module - Hands-on knowledge of relevant HR applications - Fair understanding of HR processes Additional requirements: - Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, including corporate, regional, local, and multicultural teams - Certification(s) in HR systems/ERPs would be an added advantage (Note: This job description is a summary of the key responsibilities and requirements for the role.),
