Responsibilities: 1) Read technical drawings and analyze given 3D solid model 2) Generating optimum tool path using NX2406 on 3, 4 & 5-axis machines. 3) Selection of the cutting tools & its cutting parameter (cutting speed, depth of cut, etc.) 4) Preparing tool lists, setup sheets 5) Ability to define and troubleshoot manufacturing/machining processes. 6) Prove-out support Must Have Competencies: 1) Min 1+ years of CNC Programming using NX2406 on 3, 4 & 5-Axis Machines. 2) Hands on experience in SIEMENS 810D, 840D, FANUC & HeidenHain control 3) Good knowledge of cutting tools 4) Good Knowledge of cutting parameters needed for Aluminum alloys, Steel, Titanium, Inconel, etc... 5) GD&T proficiency Preferred Competencies: 1) Aerospace manufacturing background in composites, machined parts. 2) Adhering to Quality Manual and AS9100 Rev D requirements. 3) Interpret inspection and CMM data to analyse result
