As a Security Supervisor at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team. Your role will involve supervising staff, ensuring a safe environment, and serving as the main point of contact for all security-related matters. Your responsibilities will include supervising and scheduling a team of security officers, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to ensure safety and compliance, responding promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, training new security personnel, and conducting performance evaluations. You will also be required to maintain daily logs, prepare reports on incidents and activities, coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, and ensure that all security policies and procedures are followed. To qualify for this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Additionally, you should have proven experience as a security officer or supervisor. This is a full-time position with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus offered.
