Role & responsibilities Prepare timely draft of agreement, addendum & extension letters of manpower vendors and get it executed with the vendors timely before expired the agreement/extension . i) Required draft agreement :- if current agreement of vendor/s is going to be expired or hired new vendor/s. ii) Required Addendum letter:- As and when revised the current rates of vendors or provide additional manpower category apart from current agreement. iii) Required Extension letter:- In the condition, if further not require renew the agreement with respective vendor/s or vendor does not want to renew the agreement currently due to some issue/s.
