Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders. Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) . Develop user stories, use cases, wireframes, mockups, and technical specifications using tools like Figma , Balsamiq , or similar design platforms. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical solutions. Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure thorough understanding of requirements and successful implementation. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming , sprint planning , and user acceptance testing (UAT) . Maintain process documentation including process workflows , data flow diagrams , and API documentation . Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for new initiatives or system changes. Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage scope changes, and align deliverables with business goals. Actively participate in system design discussions and contribute to solution improvements. Ensure timely delivery and high quality across all project phases. Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Business Analyst . Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies . Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA , Confluence , or equivalents. Familiarity with system integration concepts, APIs , and data flows . Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and diagrams to convey complex ideas clearly. Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools like Figma , Balsamiq , or similar. Ability to draft and manage BRDs and FRSs efficiently. Understanding of basic database concepts; ability to write simple SQL queries is a plus. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
