Key Qualifications: Proven experience in building and scaling PWAs with a deep understanding of modern web technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks). Strong expertise in blockchain technologies, including hands-on experience with smart contracts (e.g., Solidity, Rust), Layer-2 solutions, and decentralized applications (dApps). Background in designing secure, scalable, and reliable systems. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build and scale a startup. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical contributions. Previous experience in a leadership or co-founder role is a strong plus.
