Skills Required: Business Analysis Experience Required: Bachelor's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience A minimum of 5 years of experience working in Property and Casualty (P&C) personal lines, commercial lines or specialty lines. Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise teams through all project lifecycle phases, including requirements definition, application mapping, technical design, application development, and testing.
