Collaborate with the factory and engineering team to prototype and trial new acoustic products. Work with the texturizing team to co-create new prints and patterns for both projects and internal design assets like look books. Translate design concepts into 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Revit. Develop physical prototypes and collect feedback for refinement. Ensure strong alignment with interior aesthetics and spatial harmony across all products. Coordinate with the AutoCAD team for accurate specification drawings for project use. Assist in developing samples, mock-ups, and small format products for testing and marketing. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demand. Participate in factory visits, on-site training, and cross-functional sessions related to design and acoustics. Maintain thorough documentation of the design process, revisions, and trials. Stay updated on sustainable materials and best practices in eco-conscious product design. Assist with internal interior projects including basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination as needed. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay connected with industry developments.
