Prototype Engineer

Role Overview: As a prototype engineer, your primary responsibility will be to create prototypes of new products to assess their design and functionality before full production. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop and test new product designs. Additionally, you will play a key role in research and development efforts aimed at generating new engineering ideas or improving existing designs. Evaluating new technology and materials for potential applications in current or upcoming products will also fall under your purview. Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for metal integration in vehicle components and modifying metal parts in stretcher designs - Testing prototypes to evaluate performance against design specifications - Overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met - Coordinating with other departments to facilitate efficient and cost-effective production Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in workshop operations - Experience with power tools and measuring instruments - Ability to use various machining tools such as cutting, grinding, finishing, and welding - Deep understanding of prototyping, testing, homologation, and validation processes - Capability to interpret 2D, 3D, and line sketch drawings to visualize final product output Additional Company Details: N/A,
