As a Chemist in our milk and high-protein dairy production unit, your primary role will be to manage quality control ensuring that every batch meets our nutritional, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct protein tests (Kjeldahl / rapid methods) for raw milk, in-process, and finished products. - Monitor yogurt parameters such as pH, protein %, SNF, etc. - Verify fat/SNF balance and perform platform quality checks for incoming milk. - Maintain accurate lab records, calibrations, and ensure compliance with FSSAI/BIS regulations. - Support NPD trials and participate in shelf-life studies for protein-rich products.
