We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to join our team to deliver high-quality training in MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, Python, and Web Development . The ideal candidate should have real-world development experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers. Responsibilities 1. Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs and workshops on: MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) Python Programming (Core + Advanced, including Django/Flask) Front-End Development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap) Web Development best practices and tools 2. Create course materials, hands-on labs, coding exercises, and real-time project scenarios. 3.Evaluate learners' performance through assessments, quizzes, code reviews, and project feedback. 4. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and updates in programming languages and frameworks. 5.Provide one-on-one mentorship and career guidance to students or trainees. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve content. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in developing or training with MERN & MEAN stacks, Python (with frameworks like Django or Flask), Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), deployment tools, and cloud platforms (optional but preferred). Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is a plus . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
