Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. - Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. - Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. - Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, business development progress, and key performance indicators.
