Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers for home loan and prime housing loan products through direct sourcing, channel partners, builders, and referral networks. Customer Engagement: Understand the customer's home financing needs and provide appropriate product solutions based on eligibility, income profile, and credit assessment. Lead Conversion: Manage end-to-end lead life cycle - from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and facilitating documentation. Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including builders, real estate agents, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), and customers to generate repeat and referral business. Product Knowledge & Advisory: Stay updated on loan product features, interest rates, credit policies, and eligibility criteria. Provide accurate information and advise customers accordingly. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate collection and submission of all necessary documents related to loan processing, in line with company policies and regulatory standards. Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and ensure competitive positioning. Reporting & Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing/Finance is preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience in selling Home Loans / Housing Loans, preferably with banks, NBFCs, or HFCs. Strong understanding of prime home loan segment, property documentation, eligibility assessments, and housing finance lifecycle. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the local real estate ecosystem. High level of integrity, self-motivation, and customer focus.
