Job Title : Sales Manager Reporting to : Sr. Manager Job Summary: The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business from existing accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong experience in B2B software sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the IT or SaaS industry. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).  5+ years of experience in B2B software sales or IT services sales.  Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.  Strong understanding of software products, cloud solutions, or IT services.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).  Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
