We require Business develepment executives to perfom the below Identify and connect with business owners, SMEs, and professionals using provided leads. Conduct client meetings, pitch digital solutions, and convert hot leads into paying customers. Provide tailored recommendations based on business needs. Demonstrate product benefits, pricing, and terms clearly. Capture accurate business insights and update reporting tools (KPM reports). Act as a digital consultant to your clients and help them scale their business online. You will be given only one PIN code to work on
Key Responsibilities: Visit non-contactable customers as per the provided list or route plan. Re-establish communication with the customer through personal visits. Educate customers about their outstanding dues and service disruptions. Collect payments via digital mode (POS, UPI) or assist in processing payments online. Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and collections in the system/app. Share daily activity and collection reports with the team lead or supervisor. Escalate cases where the customer refuses to pay or is not traceable. Ensure customer data confidentiality and follow company compliance norms. Qualifications & Skills :Minimum 10+2 or equivalent; Graduate preferred. Prior experience in collections, field sales, or customer service is desirable. Familiarity with telecom/internet services is a plus. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally. Must own a smartphone and have basic knowledge of mobile apps. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory). Working Conditions: Extensive fieldwork; local travel within assigned areas.
