The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving business targets in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: Handle cold calling and generate leads through multiple channels Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in real estate projects Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively Build and maintain long-term client relationships Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets Collaborate with channel partners and banking teams for loan processing Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure
