As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the enterprise sales strategy of the company towards achieving ambitious growth targets. This dynamic position requires a client-focused leader who excels in managing and expanding client relationships, while also providing guidance and mentorship to the sales team. Your responsibilities will include suggesting strategies for business growth that align with the company's objectives, setting and managing sales targets for yourself and the team across various services, nurturing client accounts to increase their lifetime value, and offering market insights to shape business strategies. You will be instrumental in developing new business connections, collaborating with marketing and lead generation teams on campaigns, and utilizing partner networks to generate sales leads. In addition, you will actively participate in lead generation, qualification, and conversion activities, represent the company as a brand ambassador at exhibitions and trade events, manage relationships with current clients to enhance their lifetime value, and collaborate with other department heads to ensure customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating proposals and contracts for clients, complying with sales processes and documentation standards, and working closely with platform managers to acquire new accounts. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of leading high-performance enterprise sales teams and achieving aggressive growth targets in a competitive market. You should possess the ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and execute plans that align with organizational goals. Proficiency in leveraging CRM data, reports, and sales metrics to drive performance improvements is essential, along with familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and digital marketing techniques. Ideally, you should have over 10 years of experience in sales leadership, particularly in enterprise sales or business development, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. A proactive mindset, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments are highly valued. Additionally, having a robust professional network in relevant industries and proficiency in managing direct, channel, and affiliate sales teams will be advantageous.
