As a Senior Sales Manager at Mad Influence, you should have prior experience working in an agency setting, be it digital, influencer, media, or integrated marketing. You should possess a deep understanding of brands, their goals, and how to pitch creative and ROI-driven influencer campaigns effectively. Additionally, having a robust network of CMOs, brand managers, marketing heads, and decision-makers is crucial for this role. We are looking for someone who is hungry, persistent, and excels at closing deals. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of targets, and be genuinely passionate about the creator economy while representing Mad Influence confidently. Your responsibilities will include driving new business acquisition across various sectors such as FMCG, Fashion, Tech, BFSI, and Entertainment. You will be pitching end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, celebrity endorsements, content production, and digital strategy. Collaborating with internal teams to customize proposals, budgets, and campaign ideas is key. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure retention and growth, as well as tracking, reporting, and exceeding revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis, are also part of the role. Requirements for this position include a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in agency sales, with proven success in selling influencer marketing or digital media solutions, exceptional communication and pitching skills, a strong industry network, and being based in Delhi or Mumbai with the flexibility to travel as needed.
