Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Estimate Preparation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems including equipment, ductwork, piping, insulation, controls, and accessories. Tendering & Bidding: Analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications to develop complete and competitive proposals. Cost Analysis: Review and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements. Technical Evaluation: Study HVAC drawings, layouts, and designs; identify potential cost-saving opportunities or risks. Coordination: Collaborate with design engineers, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment in technical and commercial aspects. Documentation: Prepare and maintain records of cost estimates, quotations, supplier data, and technical submittals. Value Engineering: Propose alternatives or value-engineered solutions to improve project efficiency and reduce costs. Site Visits: Conduct site inspections (when necessary) to understand project scope and existing conditions. Team Handling - Should have managed team of 4 to 5 people

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: ¢ Responsible for the generation of all project proposal results (Bill of Material, Table of Compliance, System Architecture, Technical Solution and Commercial Proposal,) using various proposal tools ensuring accuracy and completeness of the financial estimates. ¢ Co-ordinate with engineering team to review and tune engineering service estimate and to define execution strategy based on customer specification and other constrains. ¢ Collaborate, communicate and align activities with the stake holders and to understand customer needs and requirements. ¢ Co-ordinate with Procurement teams for Techno commercial offer evaluation. For This Role, You Will Need: ¢ Excellent knowledge of at least one Legacy Distributed Control System. ¢ Proficient in PC skills and application software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc. ¢ Understanding of project life cycle from concept to commissioning. ¢ Understanding of customer need and translating it into a technical solution. ¢ Able to size and analyze DCS system based on RFQ requirements. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) Responsibilities Must have experience in detailed engineering of bulk material handling equipment such as stacker reclaimers (bucket wheel type, circular type), scrapper reclaimers (portal type and side scrapper type), bridge reclaimers, ship unloaders, and ship loaders. Hands-on experience with FEA software like Nastran/Ansys for analyzing bulk material handling equipment. Proficient in performing basic engineering calculations for machines. Skilled in preparing GA drawings and stockpile layouts. Experienced in creating fabrication drawings with BOM and 3D models in SolidWorks. Good knowledge of welding processes and inspections, including the use of welding symbols. Able to independently perform basic engineering calculations for machines. Experienced in preparing operation and maintenance manuals. Capable of coordinating with other functions such as electrical, C&I, and construction. Able to work harmoniously with proposal engineering for necessary inputs. Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with other team members and maintain cordial relationships.
