Risk assessment and safety measures while bidding and tendering, management and alignment with bank and accounts team for Bank Guarantees, Performance Security etc related documents for tendering. Know-how of daily govt and private policy and guidelines such as of NBCC/NGT/CPCB/SPCB etc. Key Performance Index Number of proposals or bid converted to orders. Value of orders booked. Cost and Profit savings as per bidding value. Avoiding Hazards and Client mi-management or site mismanagement. Timely submission of reports, schedule sheets, review meetings.
