It involves handling the respective technical managers and managing their productivity to ensure smooth closure of reports on time. Key Responsibilities: Conduct and supervise property valuations. Finalize technical reports and ensure compliance and building byelaws. Ensure that the quality of valuation reports is standard, and market values are correctly estimated & maintain high quality of report & TAT. Adhere to bank's risk/credit/technical teams guidelines Use various valuation methodologies for accurate valuations. Coordinate with site surveyors, technical managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Maintain all relevant documents and data related to valuations. Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech- Civil, PGP Construction Management / MBA from NICMAR / RICS will be preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Valuation Stream preferred. Skills: Team Management Skills, Technical & Functional Expertise, Strong Communication & Analytical Skills, Good Knowledge of MS Office.
