Role Overview We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee residential properties, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and keeping things organized. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned residential properties and ensure high occupancy rates Handle tenant communication, inquiries, and issue resolution Oversee rental agreements, collections, and timely renewals Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance work Maintain accurate records of payments, agreements, and tenant details Identify and onboard new rental properties under management Source and onboard new property owners as clients Assist clients with property buying, selling, and renting activities Build and maintain strong relationships with both owners and tenants Support the PropManageX team in driving customer satisfaction and business growth Overlooking of other services Requirements Graduate degree preferred (any stream) Prior experience in property management, real estate, or customer service is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English Good organizational and problem-solving ability Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace tools/CRM tools Willingness to travel locally within Bengaluru when needed What We Offer CTC: ₹2,32,000 per annum + performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling property management firm On-ground learning and career advancement in real estate services Supportive team environment with exposure to modern property management systems
